I found I don't write nearly enough testimonials or show my appreciation. This post was written for me as much as anyone as a reminder of how important it is to give thanks when deserved. It's wonderful to receive praise but it's is amazing how your life changes and the universe expands as you learn to give thanks for all the gifts others give you be it their time, experience, or anything at all.

I'm glad you two enjoyed this post. I hope it inspires many of us to show our appreciation and become a more giving community. I know I'll be writing more testimonials in the future.

Great post, Becca! I thrive on writing testimonials for others when I've genuinely enjoyed the experience. I have been writing testimonials on LinkedIn. I still haven't made my way completely through the list but I'm working on it!

Good point, Becca. I always ask clients for testimonials and am happy to provide them for people I have worked with. Once you get established, word of mouth will bring you great clients who are already sold on the idea of hiring you.
